When you sign in, TelHerHealth may process your account identifier, email, display name, membership status, usage count, and billing status needed to provide your account features.
Health questions and optional images may be processed to provide the feature you request. TelHerHealth should not sell identifiable health information or use identifiable health information for targeted advertising.
Administrative support requests may include your email, request type, optional message, status, and ticket number. Do not include medical records, intimate images, passwords, or payment card numbers in support requests.
HER Vault entries currently remain in the browser storage of the device being used and should not be treated as a permanent medical record.
